Midyear Mayhem - Cancelled, or Still On?

My bet - event starts, PC-NA Cyrodiil server crashes and burns, event is cancelled after 45 minutes. Like it was with the Undaunted event last year.

PC-EU... well, that's a complete joke, so whatever.

Also, I'm genuinely curious to see what happens this time.
Last year, when I was still playing on PC-EU, the performance got a lot worse during MYM. Considering that it's already very bad even on PC-NA, I'm excited to see how it can be even worse. I think I need to get some 1-bar builds ready.

Yup.

They've rarely put off any of the group-running dependent events (one I think?), even when the LFG is busted and other bugginess with dungeons. They aren't going to NOT have the event "just because Cyro" lags.

It's the opposite. MYM has been cancelled due to broken group finder. Undanted event has been postponed in the past for the same reason. Those are the only two that are really group dependant. (MYM because Battlegrounds are required for the title and cosmetic achievement.) I don't remember any others that have been cancelled. A few have been extended due to issues.

It will undoubtedly be a complete disaster. Extreme lag as well as insanely long queue. Just like the previous Mayhems.

In regards to no date for the Event Tickets in the Crown Store Showcase, that was intended. When we publish a Showcase article ahead of an event announcement and details article, we prefer that not be the first place where we share event dates (and without any details).

Well that's good news. I left for 6 months last year when you cancelled this same event.

Wait up, hold up. Are we talking about the same last Midyear Mayhem? The one in January this year? There was insane lag, and i don't think i've ever seen a lower queue than 300 whenever i tried to get to Cyrodiil.
