However, I don't agree with the changes on utility skills because supports (either Tanks or Healers) don't need more healing done, from a support point of view we need synergies on class skills, otherwise thie class will still be lackluster as it is right now for actual support roles.
As a PvE healer I will not welcome a removal of the speed buff on Path, it does help a lot in most situations (especially if you are kiting). For the utility morph, I'd gladly accept a nerf on the heal/s if you add a synergy to one ally that gives them Minor Evasion.
I'd change Cripple to apply Minor Magickasteal for 23s (base duration normalized with similar sources) and Minor Hindrance (not yet implemented, would need to be applied for 4s, cleansable and then an immunity window like most cc); also, insta-apply, what's with the traveling blood-spit? I favor Hindrance over Minor Mangle (i think this would be too OP) or Minor Uncertainty (only usable in PvP) because it plays more on the "Cripple" fantasy. This way it would be a skill any suport (Healer or Tank) would be willing to bring to a fight. Again, you don't need more healing done.
Stamina morph - I'm sold on the disease damage dot, but reduce the duration to 10s (same is dot duration is right now)
Magicka morph - I'd change it so that at the end of the duration the target is dealt with burst magic damage, this way as a support skill you can still pre apply it in pve situations.
Sanguine Offering: Base skill
Shrewd --> Malevolent Offering: Grants two stacks of empower (or additional disease damage to your attacks for X seconds would also fit)
I would not change catalyst either, driking potions will still be a clutch even without this passive, why not benefit from the extra ult?. I mean, if you are going for real (PvP or PvE) you want to maximize your advantages and that means drinking your potions on cd.

You might be right on the Catalyst point, but without a damage incentive the skills would not see much use as everyone would be pushed towards Assassination play style and tree. The damage replacement was to provide an alternative damage play style that benefits bruisers and sap tanks.

Oh no what I meant is that I would make cripple apply two debuffs: Magickasteal and Hindrance, and no dot.
Right now it "slows" you, aka reduces your speed because of the skill itself, not because it applies a minor debuff.
Nope you pretty much covered it all imo what I wanted done to nb your idea with the fervour mechanic a good one 👍MindOfTheSwarm wrote: »@Deathlord92
Is there anything else that you would like to see regarding NB? I think the fervour mechanic would really work well, but others have suggested that it would suit a bruiser better.
Not a fan of this idea as I play a melee assassin kinda wouldn’t make sense.MindOfTheSwarm wrote: »Some people in other posts have suggested making both morphs of Assassin's Blade ranged. People need to OPEN their eyes when talking about blood magic!
You DO NOT need to sacrifice your own health!
It can be as simple as an ability that cost magic/stam resources that lets you swap health between 2 opponents.
