Could someone tell me if this drops on normal and vet? I can't see it saying vet only on the announcement. Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭It's the same as all the other monster mask style page drops, @Indigogo ... there's a chance of it dropping on Vet mode but double chance if you have the Vet Hard Mode clear.
They do not drop on normal mode.0 -

I always wondered on the drop rate for vet vs vet hard mode. My groups always do hard mode while farming the monster styles, is it a waste of time doing hard mode every time?0
