URGENT: Secret Question needing changed

It's been 5 days and I have not been able to get any help with changing my secret question. All that was emailed to me was a questionnaire requesting further information which was sent in. Can I please have some assistance in this matter as I am a subscriber and have not been able to log in since I downloaded the game. Thank you.
