I have had random quest NPCs appearing in Raids and dungeons. Best one was Jakarn's ex girlfriend Irien screaming insults in HoF.
Z'Maja in Alik'r is totally a possible scenario.
Yeah, ironically we had a ghost from a Stormhaven quest spawn in vcr and just stand there. Only one of our healers could see him and sent us screenshots after we had no idea what she was talking about.

No, the game thinks you are in combat so you can't tp anywhere. The poison actually deals damage to you and we have had a bunch of healers healing us throughout
oh thank the Divines.. I was so worried this would turn into the Corrupted Blood incident.. I ported away right before someone infected ran towards me and panicked, thinking I'd caught it and would spread it.
Was literally just about to make a post about this..
