when this happened 3 confirmed accounts could not enter Craglorn. This is an issue. Note I tried a ticket and it wont worked as well

No, the game thinks you are in combat so you can't tp anywhere. The poison actually deals damage to you and we have had a bunch of healers healing us throughout7 -

Amarthiul✭✭✭Although you can't activate the wayshrine while you're in combat, you can get all the way to the prompt to travel when you don't have the poison and then wait until someone near you gives it to you.
