How do I recover my old account after not logging in on ps4

I loaded up after a good year or two and it’s now not showing anything. There is no log out button or anything on PS4 
PS4 Eu Server

- Mageblade - Beard Of Molag - v3

✭✭✭✭✭Is it possible you are on the PS4-NA server, not PS4-EU? I know there was a change to how you select region but not sure when that went into place or what exactly you do on PS4 to change region.0 -
