Suspension time

My account was suspended but I can't find the email stating how long it's for or when the suspension is up. How do I find this out?

You can see all submitted tickets (closed and opened) by logging into the ESO Help Portal and clicking on the "My Support" option.

When logging in, make sure that you are using the correct UserId attached to your ESO account.

I went to the link and logged in but it's not doing anything when I hit log in. Like at all. But I'm logged in here. It's really strange.

I'm pretty sure it said 3 days or 72 hours but it's been longer than that. Is my account just terminated? What's up?
