I`m on the same boat, ticket opened 25th january, not a single feedback.
I`ve opened an ingame ticket that has been fastly closed as duplicate .
Not the best Customer service isnt'it ?
I wish I could say that’s abnormal. There will be 2 or 3 people here soon posting about how their experiences with Zeni support have all been great, wonderful, the best, ad nauseam. But for the last several years experiences like yours are the norm.

Here is what happened actually and what opened my eyes...
Two weeks ago my Steam acc got hacked and ESO characters deleted. (only affected game was ESO, strange).
Within a day I had my Steam account back, no problems.
Then I finally logged into ESO, which I could not because with Steam version you cannot log in...without Steam, and found my characters missing, which I reported immediately.
So they asked me to provide character names, levels etc, which I have about 8 days ago. Ever since I have been waiting for response with hindered game experience (as I created new chars and need to keep the bank in-game empty ).
During the time I wanted to check the support ticket, which I created in-game but I could not because to log in to Bethesda support, I could not do it through Steam linked account
Then I decided to post this post here on forums with hopes it would make things faster, only to find out there is a different account needed for forums, which are by invitation code only.
All I can say is it reminds me of "The good place" TV series...
