Guild Finder on PS4 EU broken?

Everytime I choose something (for example Group PvE) it just says "Refreshing results" but nothing's coming up. I have no filters active. Also, my own guild didn't get any applications lately, which leads me to believe it's broken?

We are aware of this issue with the Guild Finder and a fix is being worked on. For the time being we recommend making your search criteria as specific as possible. The issue you're experiencing will happen when search criteria is broad and the corresponding results are extremely high.
