Guild Finder on PS4 EU broken?

Everytime I choose something (for example Group PvE) it just says "Refreshing results" but nothing's coming up. I have no filters active. Also, my own guild didn't get any applications lately, which leads me to believe it's broken?

ZOS_BilladminWe are aware of this issue with the Guild Finder and a fix is being worked on. For the time being we recommend making your search criteria as specific as possible.
