I keep paying for products and services that don’t work. And I keep getting charged higher and higher prices for everything.

- Monthly subscription just for storage space
- Annual chapter cost that releases content that doesn’t work
- Chapters with broken class skills, broken guild skills, and broken BG queues and crappy matchmaking
- Continuous changes to how players play that breaks and bugs out all the time. Recent example being Orc passives that I paid to race change.

Taking my entertainment dollars elsewhere...

Yes I had the same realization when I started getting random endless loading screens in Cyrodiil during critical moments in a fight. I realized that it's actually dumb to pay for an experience this poor.

Yep, been clearing some space to try to keep valuable stuff from craft bag when subscription expires. Not planning on renewing it this year. Might still play every now and again, but time for a new game.

I think most of the seasoned players have either left or cancelled their subs long ago and if still playing are playing for free.
I also think ZOS could care less because they know new players will take up the slack on ESO subs. For me I still play from time to time but my sub was cancelled long ago. The game was not worth the subscription fee.

And people thought I was joking how bad this event was lol. Sick of too much events, sick of the game not working, and I'm sick of how over priced it all is for how crap it is. No more money either until they get it working.

My free time is limited these days. I don't find fighting with a broken game a good use of that time. I will not spend another cent on it and know it's time to move on. It's a hard habit to break but life is too short.

Obviously everyone must make such decisions based on their own experiences. For myself, while I understand that some players have significant issues with the game, I have no such issues and am playing as smoothly and happily as I have been these past five years so am continuing to do so, both on PC NA and EU. There are plenty of seasoned players still around, and contrary to the usual hyperbole it isn't centred solely around new players - and the developers do care, it's their livelihood after all. I hope that those who leave will return before long - as I expect them to do when they've checked out the alternatives, other than those who consider the game crap anyway in which case I'm not sure why they're even here in the first place.

Still playing, but unsubscribed since summer. Didn't buy Elsweyr. Biding my time until - if ever - Cyrodiil performance is fixed. Full disclosure: Bought Murkmire recently to get BRP resto, but that's it.
