"No account exists on this email"
After getting up today and having breakfast and I went to log in, I got an error message basically telling me my account didn't exist and to make a new one, so I tried logging into the site itself, same thing, invalid id/pass, try to use lost password to get a new one, tells me no account exists. Waiting for a call from Zeni max as we speak about wtf happened.

So looks like after calling them they were able to fix it by forcing a password reset0

Looks like the account was hacked after logging in, bags are full of starter crafting items and all my money is gone. Wrote a ticket already.0

Says the account is now suspended and customer support told me it was being forwarded to 'appeals', not really sure I like that answer as I've done nothing whatsoever to violate the TOS, I was hacked, twice in one day, probably by the same source.0
