Bank reset to its original state and items disappeared.

My bank has reset back to 60 slots and some items that were in it disappeared. I had it upgraded to at least 90 slots before, maybe 100. Contacted in game support, but haven’t heard anything. It’s been 24+hours.
Also, when will you fix coldharbour quest line? It’s been broken for days now and no one is able to start veteran level content.

luseiferSoul Shrivensame thing has happened to me and all the cash in my bank account dissapeared. Also, they resent the emails to me for exclusive content like treasure maps and vanity pets so i have duplicates in my inbox.
