I had an issue with a crown store item. I was give a response with instructions, which I followed. That was a week ago with no response.

    Lucky you even got the first response!!! They never respond to my tickets anymore...

    I made another ticket in case something got lost in translation (I wasn't sure if i should be replying to the email, or the support thread and it also indicated my account was on xbox when it's on PS4). That one was closed as a duplicate with still no response to the other ticket.
