Honestly, every time we meet him, one of three things happen:
1) hes seducing some women
2) he talks to us about trying to seduce some women
3) he tells us he has a history with some women
Honestly, the way that cat tries to sneak into all beds in existance makes me wonder if he actually flirts with the player when we roll a female Avatar xD

It's complex question. In majority of cases people who have a lot of girls/money/connections will be quiet about it, especially with strangers. But of course there are exceptions..
I don't know, for example I believe that Therris from "Real Barenziah" was a real seducer.

He has flirted with other players. If he tells you that you're the only one... don't believe him! I remembered this from waaaaay back in the day.. the day I found out he was seeing other kitties.. and he broke my heart... :'(
