Are the Cinder Storm Changes actually useful?

Ash Cloud: Increased healing of this ability by approximately 15%.
Cinder Storm (morph): Increased healing of this ability by approximately 4%.
I am looking at this and doesn't seem to address real issues of radius or lack of synergy, so wondering if anyone see a different point of view on the subject? How is this change helpful?

✭✭Maybe make the healing effect linger? Say, HoT stays on players for N seconds after leaving the healing area. It's a good heal, it's good for very static fights when nothing moves around, I can even drop it as a tank under the stacked group and take some pressure off the healer, but it's situational.1 -

Lingering healing effect sounds interesting and more useful...
Sidenote: Cinderstorm really doesn't fit it's theme nor name does it? Cinder from fire and such healing people....0 -
DoonerSeraph✭✭✭✭Yeah, needs a larger radius, and a small sign planted over it saying "This is a good fire, you can stand", to avoid people panicking and standing out of it
Could also give minor evasion to everyone inside right? Like a ninja smoke cloud

xD it needs a new animation in general, but minor evasion does sound neat and would make up for it's absyss range in many cases.0
