Unable to Sub. "Transaction not Authorized".

Starting this article again, it seems. I still seek help to try and fix this problem I am having. I enter my dad's credit card info correctly, and I have triple checked a thousand times. I have tried different browsers, changed the name of the account to my dad's, but nothing. I still get the "Transaction not authorized" error. I tried different sub plans, nothing works. I am eager to play ESO, but Bethesda isn't too eager to receive the money. Please help me.

    You better e-mail Zenimax support pretty quickly to get in the queue.
    I've waited 4 days now, and they still haven't resolved it with two different CSR's.

    Even got a motivational email yesterday from ESO support, but it doesn't really help when I still can't play the game.
