Grandma✭✭✭✭✭Their Visionpeople will always saltily vote $ because they spend 600$ on crates trying to get a mount, but at the end of the day all of their money-gaining tactics are used to support their vision for the game and try to push for content they want to add. For example, Elsweyr and all that it entails was really exciting for them because it's a goal they've been working towards and never thought they'd get to create the necromancer, but here they are. They let cheaters out of control in Cyrodiil. They do nothing since the first day.
It's still so unfair in Cyrodiil. They make bad people so happy and force good people leave the game forever.
It's so simple if ZOS bans about 50 bad people and it will be fun again in Cyrodiil.
But ZOS just let them kill their game.

ZoS is a part of Zenimax Media, started in 1998 by Chris Weaver before he was forced out.
A part of Zenimax Media is Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studios.
Go look at the fiasco of FO76, or the promises Todd Howard gave us at E3 last summer, Blades, FO76, TES 6, etc....He kinda lied. Got all the hype up, but haven't delivered. (Not to mention the lawsuits and stuff that Bethesda is incurring, and yes, that is gonna effect ESO eventually. )
I have LOVED Bethesda since 2003, and they are the reason I play ESO, but, look at how they are running as a company on the "large picture". Not very reassuring.
I'm sorry but I still feel that Zo$ is going for the money grab philosophy atm. Look at the 3 things that the community has yelled for since launch..
Elsewhere, Necromancers and Dragons. Lore be damned, this is what ppl want, so low and behold we have all 3 in ONE swift move??
I can see the board meeting now...
"How can we make more money, what are ppl wanting? Lets give em all of it at once!! "
TL:DR..... Yes money is important, but HOW they make it, what they force down our throats, but HOW they focus on that money is the point!
Do they make money by giving a quality, awesome game? Or with "Outfit slots that cost $1000.00+" and Crown Crate crap?"
