Are Sai Sahan's shoulders craftable? (Maybe Spoilers??)

If you have gotten high enough level to unlock and rescue Sai Sahan, you know the dude is 400% badass.
He has awesome ornaments, the best beard ever (why isn't that a player option??) and the most sweet gear you have ever seen. Ever.
So here is my question: Can players craft armor that looks like his? Especially the shoulders? I want those -so badly-

Rpalmer2✭No there is not a way for the players to craft the shoulders that he has. Those are going to be NPC specific or specific to the Sai Sahan.0 -

I hate it when MMO's give the best gear to the NPCs
I mean I know they gotta make them stand out somehow...but sometimes you want to emulate that which is awesome you know?
