✭✭Could very well be all of them together. How can you tell if you can't break the Altmer laid siege, and you have both factions inside giving conflicting information with the little communication they have? Would also explain the lack of potato server and the spike in prices in guild stores, sieges lead to starvation. Also, as I understand, it would be possible that ANZ, SA and SEA players got together to sabotage the servers in order to to create chaos inside. Divide and conquer, you know? That's when the Altmer saw a chance and jumped in. Three faction dispute. Sounds familiar? Ironic. As for coding the servers, I'm gonna have to write that one on ANZ SA and SEA players too. Would make sense.
I wonder if the staff will come out clean about this internal war they are having. I hope they don't claim fake media and dismiss all this as a dragon break.2 -

Also you forgot the option: under siege from a group of angry bosmers who, feeling vastly inferior to the orc master race, are currently raining wooden arrows down on ZOS HQ, but no one can yell over the din of clanking wood on bricks to tell them racial passives aren’t the reason they’re not doing well.

✭✭A bunch of Bosmer snuck in and trashed the place before they lose their stealth bonus. As for why we haven't heard from the devs -- remember the tenets of the Green Pact.
Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.6 -

And a group of Bosmers, taking advantage of the fact that their stealth wasn't nerfed yet, sneaked into the building and pulled all the cords. They also stole everything that wasn't nailed down on their way out.
