Both will give a 40% reduction to targets armor. Do they stack? Anyone test this out?

    I was wondering the same thing with Mark Target also. I will have to test it out later. I do not have Surprise attack though, went with Concealed Weapon but if Mark and Puncture stack I would assume Surprise should also.

    Same values generally do not stack as they count as the same type of debuff, 1 Major and 1 Minor will stack as well as enchants.

    Not exactly true. It has to be part of major/minor buff/debuffs system to not stack. E.g. sets like armor master, brass fortress stack with major resistances because they just increase armor rating, while mighty chudan doesn't stack because it gives major buffs.


    Edit:
    Both of these skills use Fracture debuffs so they won't stack.

    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.
