Why does ZOS refuse to listen and not even talk with it's community?

Meanwhile server performance and stability, client performance, longstanding bugs that affect gameplay at an adverse level, improved base game systems (such as the trader UI), balancing issues, and more, are all being ignored. Hmm.

They're listening to feedback on what they can sell us next (example, we got a unicorn mount, we got a boat house, we're gonna get a new class it looks like with the new expansion they are selling). Looking at the forums, I can see very clearly the fast responses about crown store items (ex. the thread with the issue of clipping with the Nibenese dress) or new item suggestions. But what about the feedback regarding issues with existing content? Or, as I've learned, in some cases they are being snarky with their responses when a player is unhappy with the bugs / other concerns such as balance.

Yeah so what? EA's nose dive has jack and ship to do with BV and everything to do with there practices in the past Five years over multiple games, and actual predatory practices.

Here is the thing....devs say much worse than that to the Trollkin, and Socially defective that inhabit the forums, without them ever knowing.

There is nothing wrong telling an obvious outrage troll that they don't have to be here.

Honestly ZoS is a hell of a lot more tolerant than the guys at SOE and old Turbine ever were, even today act like a total douchnozzle around Mark Jacobs...you will get much more than "you don't have to be here"
