Does anyone know if the passives from Restoration Staff and/or Templar lines affect the channeled healing from Sanguine Alter?

Psionyxz✭I'm not in game so I can't check but iirc Restoring Light passives only effect Restoring Light abilities while some (if not all) of the Restoration Staff passives require you have a Restoration Staff equipped.0
