Walk/Run Speed Bugged?

Everything in my game was working fine up until I beat the quest where you bail Abnur Tharn out of Coldharbour, and ever since then, I cannot walk or run the same speed. The speed has been severely decreased. It is nearly unplayable when you are walking around so slowly. I tried logout/login, quitting game, etc. nothing works, so I'm assuming it's a bug.
Also, I'm not saying the quest had anything to do with the bug occurring. That is just where it started, for reference.

someone actually suggested I use /stuck, which I hadn't tried, and it fixed it. *facepalm*. it is still a bug, nonetheless.0

✭Fixed it for me as well.
FYI, there are actually 2 run speed bugs.
The one where logging won't help, but you can still attack.
Another where you run slow and cannot attack. With that one /reloadui will fix it.0
