I've had two call backs from customer support, both this weekend and both later in the evening (for me in the east coast of US). They didn't help me at all, but they are working.
I submitted a bug report last night and got an email back from support just after midnight (albeit what I consider to be an "inappropriate" response). So the tier 1 outreach/support team appears to be on-the-clock. In terms of the devs working on diagnosis/remediation, no idea.
Yeah, I got an email at 6am EST today that failed to fix my problem, and set my ticket to resolved, but there are people working, probably, although it could've been a robot or something I guess.
