Is it only me who has huge lags in dungeons, trials and delves? It's ok in open world, but impossible to play in dungeons, ping 999+.

I noticed an interesting thing. I entered several times in delve. As a result, apparently, got on the mirror without lags. I'm just trying to understand, the problem is on my side or is it all some servers lag.0 -

The other thing that has really annoyed me is the newest DLC runs at 25 FPS how am I meant to play with 25 FPS and a joke of a ping. RobZha✭✭✭Had to leave vivec for the 2nd day in a row earlier because of lag. Yesterday the game was freezing for 5-20 seconds at a time in fights, when it finally stopped I was often dead of course. Today even when fighting 1 on 1, dizzying swing was lagging for seconds and barswap not working properly.
I'm used to that happening in big battles then trying to avoid them, but when it's happening against even 1 player there's no point in staying in there. Think I noticed lag fighting in sotha for a bit too after it.

For the past week it's been crashing like the Hindenburg within minutes of logging on, and it's gotten progressively worse (have disabled addons, repaired game, triple-checked WiFi, learned to swear in six different languages, and found religion). Nothing helps.
I'm talking crashes in the starter zone on new toons; crashes inside otherwise unpopulated houses; crashes.

Today same thing i was farming ARX dungeon 5 minutes ago due to the massive lag it is unplayable i teleported out started to farm mats......

same here, getting even worse. Now even in normal overland questing (in old zones, not even in Murkmire) I get rubberbanding with constant high ping, and all of a sudden FPS drops (that's new...)
When a Quest sends me into a portal area, that's pretty much it. 9/10 times I get stuck in loadingscreen, disconnect after 5 minutes and have to restart the game to try my luck again.
what a bad performance, really...
and before yet another smartguy comments: no addons, top notch gaming PC.. direct wired cable connection, no WiFi.. it is NOT on my end and I play ESO since quite a while, it has never been this bad.
Since Murkmire my constant ping went up from very stable 20-30 to constant (unstable)70-150 in overland and anywhere between 100-999 anywhere else.
Just read through the forums, really. It's on all platforms, everywhere the same, and we already outlined the network bottleneck which causes it.
There is just zero reaction and I am under the impression that ZOS simply hopes the problem will solve itself
If nothing else, lets keep it simple and blame akamai.
But well, I am not Akamai's customer, as far as I know I am still ZOS's customer...
And there is literaly ZERO communication on the problem, Tickets getting ignored, and nothing seems to happen.
