missing crowns and cant store crafting items in craft bag

have 59 days left on eso plus account but they arent giving me my 1500 crowns and i cant store any more crafting supplys

✭✭✭✭✭Did you just get the game time or is it older time? Crowns go out when the payment is made, so you don't get them monthly unless you pay monthly.
Craft bag access shouldn't be removed, do you still have access to other ESO+ benefits?
