Cant Find the Subscription Plan on the Account Menu

Ah, you had to click where it says "Download" for the Imperial Edition key on the green man gaming site. Ive got it now, and yes it was green man gaming dropping the ball. Just glad to have it working.

I had the same issue as everyone here. What I had to do was log into the Amazon website where I bought the game. I then went to my Games and Software Library under My Account. Once there I was able to view the product keys associated with my preorder. I used the game key listed there to place into the Enter A Code option on the Account page of ESO. I hope this will help others with this issue.

This game launch is extremely bad compared to any other MMO I've played so far just because of this subscription requirement.

I preorderd from greenmangaming and the only key I have it the one I entered for my preorder. Entering that just spits out an "Invalid Code" message. Completely ridiculous that you have to enter a key again to set up your subscription. How would I even have Early Access if I didn't buy the game...

The same goes for Green Man Gaming - go to the website - log on and check your games and you will find 3 codes - take the one you haven´t used and enter that one. Then everything works.

This isn´t ESO´s problem but Green Man Gaming that missed the mail where they should have informed you of the missing Game code.
I bought from them aswell - and now the sub-screen shows on my computer :)

Hope it works for you :)

Yea, I think I've got multiple problems since I don't have the additional keys showing up on my account with them. I've opened a ticket with them to try and retrieve the keys I need. At least I know where I stand now. Thanks for the info.

Hmm, it seems I will have to wait until www.bol.com has finally managed to transport the boxed Imperial edition to a supermarket around the corner. Even when the physical box contains additional game codes; I do not quite comprehend the reason for this. I was playing quite merrily with the Early release code, all Zenimax should have done is enable the 'manage subscription' option on the account page and I would be able to setup one.

Ugh... yep this was the problem. Thanks for posting this info. Now I'm getting the subscription prompts.

For others that pre-ordered digital copy from Gamefly, the Gamefly Download Manager stores all of the codes. I was able to find all 3 codes there

I've got the same problem as everyone, it seems. Got the game from Amazon, and they sent me the early access code, which worked perfectly. The physical copy of the game arrived on Friday, with another code in it. When I log in to my account, and go to "Redeem Code" it tells me "This product requires The Elder Scrolls Online". No idea what to do now. On Amazon there is nothing, and I'm not seeing anything helpful in the ESO FAQs...

Same here: cannot login, cannot subscribe. Please help!

Problem solved. I had a Game Stop notification, small download and product code included, and the new product code triggered the subscription screens.

Exactly the same problem as everybody else. Bought a retail pre-order. Got a dvd-like box with a card inside and a code. I redeemed this weeks ago to get the early access. I don't see any other codes. In my inbox I received this right after I redeemed the code:

Thank you for redeeming your pre-order code for The Elder Scrolls® Online. You're now registered for The Explorer's Pack, which includes the following digital rewards:

The ability to play as any race in any alliance
    The Scuttler vanity pet
    Exclusive treasure maps
    3 Days Early Access

You'll receive these digital rewards when you first log-in to The Elder Scrolls Online game at official launch. We'll also contact you at your account's registered email address with information about early game access as we get closer to game release in April 2014.

No additional emails followed. Bought this box of the eBay. This situation is an absurd!!!

This might just be the pessimist in me, but when I put these two things together, my immediate thought was that the person who sold you this on Ebay was selling you a pre-order kit and only a pre-order kit, with no intentions of selling you the actual physical game when it was released.

I preordered a physical copy from Amazon back in February. For some unknown reason, they are still "in the process of mailing me my copy" due to inventory issues... Therefore, I do not have my physical copy yet (which would include the second code) and I can't set up a subscription on the account page either. What should I be doing - I don't want to lose the game while I wait for Amazon :(

As a number have reported, no payment option tab exist. HOWEVER, I pre ordered through Amazon as someone else posted earlier. I went to my Amazon game account, and found the fields needed for code entries. This was different from the Imperial Edition code I previously submitted. I had to enter the game code within the Redeem Field and BOOM! I was able to enter a subscription through PayPal. In addition, I was finally able to enter my explorer pack code redemption. I would have though my early access indicated I'd purchased the game, but oh well. I wonder if only digital purchase individuals are having this problem? Bad planning, poor information, but thank goodness someone else posted this information

I had pre-ordered the Imperial boxed edition from Amazon in January. When they didn't send me the early access key, I got ahold of support to get it. They finally sent me the early access code on the day of the release (not very early access). The box isn't going to show up for a few more days. I contacted Amazon and they said I have to wait for it to show up to play.

Same problem as everyone above. Ordered through Amazon and played just fine during early access. Now invalid log in, no subscription tab, and invalid code when entering.

Disappointed in the billing procedure. Those of us that pre-ordered a hard-copy of the game through Amazon seem to be left in the cold due to their failure to ship on time. I ordered my copy on February 1... played in beta and the first 5 days of early access. We clearly bought the game - why are we unable to enter billing information with the pre-order code?

Same issue as everyone. Very disappointed. I understand launch day technical issues, but this was a self-inflicted shot in the foot.

It honestly sounds to me like some of you have only redeemed an early access code. Some have said that you've redeemed the code to receive early access. Early access codes are separate from the game registration code. They are not the same.

What version of the game did you buy? Is it a physical or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, did you actually receive the physical game box? If it's a digital copy, have you actually received an e-mail from your retailer containing your full game registration code?

I have the digital copy, and am trying to use the prepaid time code (because let's face it, I did already pay {we all did}). The only two codes I have I can find in my billing history, but neither of them work. Any advice as to where to find the prepaid time code? Because I'm not signing up for a recurring plan.
