Ticket 140406-013497: Money missing on bank and space reset

Hello,

i opened a ticket 140406-013497 today and two others yesterday. My bank account is bugged.

As i checked my bank yesterday on my 2nd Character all items and gold was missing and space was decreased to 60 from 70. I then logged back to my main character and all items were back, some have been pushed into the inventory of my main char, probably because the bank space was decreased.

I need help because my money (aprox 37,5k) is still missing and the bank still has only 60 slots.

    Same over here. I did not take a screenshot of my ticket (should have done so). Did not yet get a confirmation mail with my ticket number. I just wonder how long it will take until I can play again and trust the game bank. I lost 20 bank slots and some gold.

    Yes, pretty frustrating. I now would have the money where i could by the expensive horse... i really hope someone will respond soon.

    I had the same bug last night, I lost all my bank slot upgrades and received the explorer pack and imperial edition items again. I put a ticket in but no response as of yet. Were they able to fix anyone else that this happened to?

    The strange thing is, at the same time i received the explorer pack and all bonus items from the imperial edition TWICE within like 8 hours or so.

    I'm having the same issue, lost 20 bank slots. I also received all my bonus items in the mail for a second time as well. its really annoying i don't want to re-purchase that bank space but i need those 20 slots to continue my crafting exploits.

    ... yes thats exactly my problem. I really hope ZeniMax will do something soon. Right now there is only silence!!!

    I'm having the exact same problem. Bank account was resetted, items transferred to my inventory. Other characters I logged in with had a clear bank with nothing in it.
    And I got the ingame mail with another badge of vanity pets and treasure maps.

    After I swalloed the bitter pill and upraded my bank again (thankfully only twice), the error repeated itself within 5min.

    Wrote a ticket, of course. No answer (also of course ...)

    A lot of bugs can be ignored or just lived with. This is not one of them. Without proper item management this game literally becomes unplayable.

    Same problem here - upgraded my bank twice up to 80 slots, then it went empty, I relogged, got some items back but the bank was back to 60 slots. Of course I lost the upgrade money as well. Dunno if some items were lost in the process...
    Items managements is already painful as it is, this makes it a gamebreaking feature...

    I have the same problem and now there is no possibility normally play on.

    Same problem here. Bank reset gold to 0, space to 60slots. Just before i realized that bug, i received a mail in-game sending me the monkey pet (that i already have).

    People from the support seems to be overbooked today, maybe Zenimax should have postponed launch to next month... so many bugs today and megaserver is lagging.

    Same thing here. Though I only lost 10 slots, I was just about to buy the second upgrade and wondered why it'd dipped in price.

    Looks like the last things I'd put in there also got deleted too.

    Same here!! I've lost 2 bank upgrades and 3800 gold so far, it also keeps giving me my Imperial Edition items over and over.

    Got the same problem. I was in shock when I noticed my extra bank slots had dissappeared together with 20 or so items. Hope they fix this soon, since its a pretty serious bug. Other MMO's I have played that had issues like these immediately shut down servers for emergency patch..

    They probably should - I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that since today is when accounts start their 30 days and go 'live' it's also doing something stupid like re-initializing everyone's bank space to +0 extra slots.
    Which means it's going to be increasing in volume quite rapidly.

    Same thing happened to me last night as soon as I put in my subscription info. I received duplicate in-game emails with the Imperial/bonus items and then noticed that my bank had reset to "default". I put in a ticket and got the same "Molag Bal" minion response. :(

    This just happened to me as well (ticket 140406-043017).
    It is actually the 2nd time it has happened to me but the first was only 1 level of upgrade and nothing else was missing so didnt worry about it that much. This time every thing in the bank vanished.

    LOL, just received the explorer pack for the third time and no items on bank.

    Based on what I've seen, this situation is only occurring for folks who pre-ordered (and thus got impacted by the "FTP" to "PTP" transition). Given that just about everyone I know upgraded their bank space, I'm curious as to whether ZOS even tested this function. My toons are pretty much at inventory capacity, and I'm afraid to even do another upgrade just to have this situation occur again. :(

    Same issue after I setup my subscription and logged back in I found my bank slots were missing and a few K in gold. Not only that but my other characters are not linked to the main bank they had empty banks of there own.
