I have bought the Imperial Edition from greenmangaming, now i have received 3 code to redeem from them. But fro some strange reason i have to do it in the order they wrote them down for me. Since the early access code is the first and i have already redeemed it, greenmangaming told me to skip it and redeem the game code first. So i did that and got redirected to a sub process site. Now as far as i know buying the game gives you one mouth game time, and that awesome for trying the game, but I do not know if I am gonna play it longer then that. The issue is here to redeem my game code and my explores pack code i have to complete the sub process and pay at least another 13 Euros, now no where was stated that in order to received all my Imperial edition digital content I will have to pay for a second month. I am playing the game atm and I have the IMP horse IMP transmog rings of mara, but I did not receive the pets or the explores pack. I have contacted both greenmangaming and eso about this. At greenmangaming they told me have to redeem in the order they wrote it in the mail i got and that i could chance my sub immediately after i complete the sub process. that is not true since they immediately charge me 13 Euros. At ESO they told me there is no other way then to pay the 13 Euros for the second mouth. All this and the really bad early access experience with bugged quests and server maintenance at prime times for Europe puts me off playing the game. So the point of this thread is see if anyone else had this issue and what you guys think about ESO hiding the fact, that you have to buy another mouth to just simply redeem your game code.
