Invalid CD key from G2A.com

Hello I just noticed my email from G2A.com containing my CD Key for Elder Scroll online and when I tried to redeem it I got a Invalid Code error

They given me my Early access code with out trouble but this one failed to work.


please advise, we only got until Sunday :(

    That site screams shady. Why would you get it from there, instead of the official ESO site?

    Gamestop codes are saying invalid as well. Early access code worked like a charm. Contact cs and join the club :(

    Because you can get it from G2A for half the price.

    G2A is a fully legit site, however if you have problem with the key from THEM, is it not wiser to talk to THEM instead? nothing ZeniMax can do...

    It doesn't, the person doesn't care about helping you, only about helping themselves. This is called Egoism. And yes, it is a plague across many forums. People should post the solutions to the problem.

    I got mine from G2a. The mail they sent you yesterday has 2 links. Upper link is your early access key, lower link your game key. So don't try to activate the game with the already used early access key.

    Worked like a charm for me after game went live on the 4th.

    @ElliottXO Did you get the explorer's pack? Support told me we should get a third code with the explorer's pack items, because the early access key doesn't grant them. I don't understand why not if we cannot have one thing without the other, though :-/

    I bought 2 games from g2a.One game is good but the second is an invalid code.
    No news from the customer support since yesterday.

    Resolved.Try to take a look to your scan code near the code from g2a.Mine was different from 1 letter.

    And I didn't try to redeem the early access I got two Email from them, one containing the early access and a more recent one ( sent 3/4) containing the serial, but I did try early access after the serial failed, simply put one of the numbers wasn't correct and the scanned picture wasn't very clear for even me to see ( one of the 5s looked like a 6) with out zooming in the picture.

    No one posted they had the same issues as me before I posted resolved, if you were to have the same issues and I had the answer I would had given more details.

    I'm only back now due to the fact people kept posting I wanted to see what happen and if I can help.



    If you need help from someone send them a PM were they will see it and hopefully answer, or acknowledge they seen it.
