✭✭✭✭✭Bone pirate if you need more stam regen, shackle if you want a little of everything or use dark desk a lot and draugr only if you plan on using a food buff. IMO draugr isn’t really worth it. If you’re going to use dubious drink anyway you might as well go bone pirates. But you’ll probably want the stam regen in BGs1 -
GoopCooper69✭✭✭With the addition of the gold stam food to the game (artaeums takeaway broth), i now prefer hulking instead of bone pirate. I like to have massive stam pools instead of recovery so i run Shackle+hulking. Works well in pvp but never tried it in BGs.1

That's exactly what I run on my Werewolf Stam Sorc. Massive stam pool. And the regen from BP and Dubious allows full weapon damage on the jewelry and the warrior mundus. Add in Selenes if you are comfortable using dodge roll as defence, and Bloodspawn if you want a bit more tankiness.
In Werewolf form, it pushes well past 50K stam and hits like a truck.Werewolf healing is admittedly not as good due to lack of mag and spell damage.0 -

Redguard? I have an Argonian Stamsorc Werewolf would would arguably have much less stamina... but I would have much higher magicka sustain for healing with the potion passive... and that SWIM SPEED!

Definitely redgaurd. That sustain and the added stam is great.
But the Argonian potion passive is great. My stamden is argonian.0
