Healer and Tank (or Mag Nb) searching a progressive endgame guild. All Hm's done except vCR+3 20%

Hello everyone, we: Healer and Tank (the tank also have a Mag Nb) are searching for a progressive trials guild.
We both are from Xbox and changed to PC 5 months ago. On Xbox we successfully raided most of the time till we had a few problems like: not enough members, unreliable players, players who have reached their limit long time ago and no-one who could replace them.
Our experience:
- vHRC + HM
- vAA + HM
- vSO + HM
- vHOF + HM
- vMol + HM
- vAS +2
- vCR +2 (fire and ice), vCR + 3 (20%).
We both are max cp.
All our chars are meta equiped. All important monster sets with right traits are available.
Healer Sets : IA, Jorvulds, perfect Olorime, Worm, Sanctuary. For Mending is only a Lightning Staff missing.
Tank Sets : Ebon, Dragon, Torugs, PA, Plaguedoc and Alkosh.
Mag NB Sets : Zaan,Skoria,Grothdar, Bsw, Ma,MS,Siroria,Spinner´s. 3 Mio Target Dummy 47-49k Dps (And i have some saved cmx parses from trials).
About us:
- raid experience in all positions
- multiclass exp (only magicka at the moment, but we played all classes successful on Xbox, we sat our priority on magicka while grinding, cause of the actual meta)
- endurance and patience while progressing
- motivation to always get better (standing still is boring)
- we are always on time and reliable
- we want to be successful
What we are searching for:
- A team that runs regularly and where the runs occur (2-3x per week). Atm we´re palying in a group on Monday/Thursday/Saturday. On this Days we arent free.
- A team which exist longer than 2-3 months and has consolidated
- People who don't only want to clear a trial
- A reasonable trial organisation (and not spontaneous) we all have RL and a Job, and we don't want to neglect them, so we need a good organisation.
- A team that also have some backups, so that the raid wouldn't be cancelled if 1-2 people are missing
- A team which is on the same lvl of experience as us
What we don't search for:
- beginner guilds
- newly founded teams or guilds
- teams that are well below our level of experience
