Question about back bar Resto with powered trait?

For example if i have a Resto staff on back bar with powered trait and on my back bar i have mutagen. So i use mutagen and then switch to front bar, do i still get the extra % healing from the powered trait while i am on my front bar with mutagen ticking? Or do i have to be on my back bar to get the extra % healing?
