I'm not touching the Outfitter until they remove the ridiculous gold costs. Give it more options in terms of available styles and what can be shown/hidden. It's just an expensive alternative to using styles you already have.

It's too bad you'll never enjoy a feature because you can't pay a trivial amount of gold

I wouldnt call it trivial, I've only got 5 characters and within the first week of dragonbones hitting ps4 I had already dumped, easily, 50k gold into outfits. I really dont think they should charge for dyes like they do, and some of the style options go for 3000 gold per item.

Honestly, I wasn't thinking of participating. I do like events as they feel like...... Umm, an event. You know, a thing to do, a way to participate in something enjoyable and rewarding and special.

But, the outfit system is, a big time commitment, an annoying cost sink when I feel like I already paid a lot of gold for motifs and why should I have to pay to use them, and I really don't care that much about exactly putting together outfits when the slutty stuff that I want my toons to wear is all costumes anyway.

    All that said:
    Any house you want and
    Any mount you want

Neither of these were qualified in no way that I saw. Soooooo, a chance to get an RNG only mount or super expensive crown house. Well, that has me thinking about it.

Anyhow, always happy to see events and even happier when they include prizes that are 1) In game (What is with the RL prizes? I do not play a game to get stuff in RL.) 2) Big, as in apex stuff, not stuff we obviously didn't care enough to buy when it came around.
I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.

It's true that I wish that outfit costs, especially for some of the rarer motifs were less expensive. My first idea for an entry ended up being an 8k outfit, I took my screenshots then decided on something else. Thankfully, my second outfit cost me a grand total of 2600 gold, but that price seems based on the fact that I didn't use any expensive motifs. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just saying that depending on the concept you're going for it might end up being quite the money sink.

To all people putting their submissions in here, have you read the full contest rules? Here is the link again: http://woobox.com/offers/rules/h97pgz

I hope you are not disqualifying you entries, because the rules say (I'll only include the important part regarding this thread):

    "By submission of an Entry:
    (a) ...
    (b) ...
    (c) ...
    (d) you warrant that the Entry has not been previously published;
    (e) ..."

I would understand it as, posting the pictures on the internet counts as publishing them. Posting them only here in the forums might be considered an exception, but I wouldn't count on it.

    Question, @ZOS_Holden :

Does the outfit have to be created through some combination of craftable gear at the actual outfit station, or can it be created from costume pieces as well?

I've simply deleted an old character I no longer play. There's no way in hell I'll pay € 13,. for a new slot, but I wanted to participate.

I would, but that would require me to redo the existing outfits... twice. because outfits slot costs are nuts, so i only have one outfit slot per character. paying for one outfit with in game gold was bad enough.

same. making an outfit is expensive enough as it is. redoing one... twice, or paying month's worth of subscription crowns for a single extra slot for a single character? no thank you.

P.S. I don't have any characters that i'm willing to delete. as it is, I ended up grudgingly buying an extra character slot - to unlock storage chest. at least that helped decide on a character I kinda wanted to make maybe, so that was the deciding vote in a direction of yes, but she has her own outfit as well.

      Hi there!

Great questions, guys! Hopefully we can shed some light on these.
Anyway I was wondering if there was anyway to change my submisstion?

Yes. Submitting a second time will count as a resubmission.
