Zoom controls in character creator not working
Hi there,
Apologies if this is not the correct category - I couldn't see a 'report bugs' option but sorry if I missed it. First bug right out of the gate: the zoom icon (+) in the character creator isn't working. Pretty annoying that given we're presumably stuck with the appearance of our characters once set at this stage - I'm unable to zoom in and check the customisation the face of my character accurately.
I'm pretty sure this worked okay in beta.
Anywho, apologies for a bug report as my first post. Take care!

ElderGuy✭EDIT: Some further looking, and there is an answer! Create a Temp character, and your next character you can zoom in. Then delete the temp.
Exactly what I was thinking! I am having the same issueapologies for a bug report as my first post.

Can you please try to use the repair function of the launcher by following these steps :- First, start The Elder Scrolls Online launcher by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.
- Wait for the launcher to finish starting.
- On the left-hand side of the launcher, there will be an entry for The Elder Scrolls Online.
- If multiple games are installed, make sure to have the correct game highlighted by clicking on it once.
- Click on Game Option on top of the the News section, and click on the option for Repair.
- Allow the launcher to examine all the files for the game. This will take some time.
- If any files are found to have problems, the launcher will re-download those files.
