I would like a refund for subscribing because I do not play in your game and forgot to cancel it and you do not give any reminders about this. I do not use any time of new subscription and don't log in to the game from couple weeks.

In order to cancel an ESO Plus membership, please follow the information below:- Login to the account page.
- Under the "Remaining ESO Plus Time" section click on the 'Manage Membership' option.
- Choose the option to cancel the membership.
