It's not only the movement/targeting issue that Cyrus and JD are talking about (though that is bad enough to break the game for every melee templar) -- the damage is off, too. The skill seems to do less damage than on live (and it definitely does less than 140% additional damage to the nearest enemy), despite the patch notes giving us no indication that that should happen. What's more, the Puncturing Sweep tooltip no longer even mentions the 140% extra damage. Was this a stealth nerf?
Additionally, Puncturing Sweep no longer heals.
Finally, the sound effects for the skill have changed, and not in a way I can imagine was intended.
Something very weird has happened. Everything that could have been broken for both morphs of Puncturing Strikes seems to have been broken.
This is what mine says in cyro (sorry for potato quality, I use forums on my phone and to lazy to take screen print+upload to a site/email to my phone.It's not only the movement/targeting issue that Cyrus and JD are talking about (though that is bad enough to break the game for every melee templar) -- the damage is off, too. Looks like they want there to be a damage number instead if the 140% DMG.

So 3287 is almost 140% additional damage (should be 3314, right?). I mean, I don't have a problem with that UI change, as long as all the new problems mentioned in this thread get fixed.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Wrobel
Can we have some information about this? Many people really looked forward to magplar finally being viable again with these bug-fixes and now they are functioning even worse. And according to some pictures in this thread the extra 140% damage against closest target is now removed?? Would really appreciate some kind of clarification

@Qbiken at least according to the tooltips, the 140% extra damage hasn't been removed, the tooltip just now mentions the actual damage number =140% additional damage, instead of the percentage increase. (Though the tooltip isn't quite 140% for some reason in many instances, and the ability still doesn't seem to actually deal the full damage it should be doing, despite the tooltip.)
