The problem with Torugs is that although it looks fairly good in theorycrafting if you go with less than SUPER optimized group you will get your infused crusher stolen by others. I still run infused crusher on my heal for example, simply because it's really rare to meet tanks wearing Torugs. So your set up is only good for a group of players that you know very well to the point where you are sure none of them have crusher enchant to steal your Torugs crusher. This is how I see it.
