I've a list of all the possible lore-friendly names for every race in Elder Scrolls. Here are the three lists for Argonians:
Female Argonian Names - https://pastebin.com/eZifjxSj
Male Argonian Names - https://pastebin.com/V1PYreG0
Argonian Family Names - https://pastebin.com/eN6cbLrE
I quite like 'biting' or 'bitter' to describe the freezing cold winds that one could imagine swirls across that continent. Interesting that 'brumal' was once more popular to describe something very cold. If i'm being honest, I don't really like 'stagnant' or 'boreal', but 'frigid' or simply 'cold' might work.
What about changing it from 'as-Atmora' to 'like-Atmora'? How wedded are you to using Atmora in the name title? If I made an Argonian with a Cyrodilic name with the theme you have in mind, I would probably go for something like 'Cold-Winds-Blowing', or something more playful, such as 'Stands-In-White'. But I know that's not what you're asking us...
Best of luck, and whatever you go for, fingers crossed it hasn't already been snapped up!

Just kidding, but Pure(or any synonym)-as-Atmora would be a cool name I think. The association of purity with with Arctic places is something very interesting in my opinion, that fits very well with the lore behind the Warden.
