ESO+ pointless due to lag

So, should I just cancel next month? I pay $15 and can't stay logged on long enough to complete a daily pledge. Are we getting a free month of ESO+, some free crown crates, or anything at all for paying for a subscription I can't use?

I don't think this is going to be a multiple month persistent issue.
