Morrowind Stamblade Stealth Speed Help Needed

Just downloaded the update this morning and when moving in stealth (hidden) the speed is so much slower than it was before. Feels like I'm crawling. Is this normal?
I have never run any sets or abilities to increase stealth speed so I don't think it's the loss (or nerf) of a passive that's to blame but I might be wrong. Anyone else experience this?

✭I did notice that it seems slower, but this could just be animation. On my stealthy builds, I go Vampire (to be rid of the move penalty) and on my NB, I choose Concealed Weapon for the 20% speed boost so I'm nearly running when I stealth. So much fun...0 -

I did - Thanks - but as I mentioned in my original post, I had no speed buffs to begin with. I think @ookami007 nailed it. It's the animation of the character. Upon closer inspection, the actual speed seems to be what it was before, but the slower animation gives the feeling of a speed decrease.PS5NA0 -

Thats sprinting though. Sneak speed doesnt go that high.

It's working fine on my two vamps.
I think its because i use rapid manuvers also. After the speed expired it just shut off. I have a friend that says his was fine but mine was not. Could be a bug that occurs situationally. Also i was in cp Vivic on ps4 na. Server was basically dieing yesturday.PS4 NA DC0
