Despawn Pets During Combat?

So last night I'm running my Sorc-Tank through Arx Corinium. I'm running both pets on both bars for heals. We get to that stupid snake that heals if you stand in the circle when he's sleeping. So naturally my clan fear is all about it and attacking the snake while he's curled up. I wasn't sure because another player kept getting in the circle, but I wanted to despawn him during combat and I couldn't come up with any way to do it. Later I realized I could use Overload and set up the overload bars with no pets, but is that my only/best option to despawn a pet if you have them on both bars? An add-on would be nice, but I couldn't find anything.

Thoughts?

Press C, go into your buffs and right click the pet

Hit the "c" key, at the bottom where effects are listed, click on the clannfear line (not sure if L or R click) and it will unsummon.

Command your pet to stop attacking and he comes to you. There is a keybind for it, on PC "Y" is default. Press and hold the keybind while right clicking the mouse and he comes back. Repeat with a left mouse click while targeting the boss and he attacks again.

Also, heavy attack will probably get him to attack the target now. If using pets one needs to be able to command them or they go after targets you do not want them to and prevent mobs from coming into the group which slows the group down.

No need to despawn the pet when one can command them properly.

Or call your pet back to you using Y+ right click. Be careful not to heavy attack the enemy since that will make the summon go all over the enemy again
