You ARE NOT BOUND TO NDA
You did NOT accept terms as you do not have access
Because your access is not upheld their NDA is null and void
Do you know how tempting it is to spill the beans on everything to spite them for all the grief they have caused us.
Not to mention that an NDA isn't recognized in the UK unless it is agreed on a very specific document for it to be binding ( this is true btw so TOS fanboys please don't bother commenting here, TOS isn't worth anything neither is just ticking a box)
A Possessed Harbinger be approaching enraged phase soon if stuff isn't fixed soon.
Whilst one may use reference to an Xbox account, one certainly has been maintaining a completely unlinked PC account for a very very long time.
If you have the PC version and got the Beta invite, you can maintain your Beta invite.
@DRXHarbinger ZOS sent a message to me saying so, I didn't even initiate anything and got back my Beta access. There's no point in raging when the situation isn't nearly as bad. So you better link that PC account to your Xbox account

@IzakiBrotherSs Na dude, I have a completely separate PC account, had it since day 2 of launch, just never really used it until as of late. Have some friends who have played on it from day 1. Since I can't do a lot of content on console anymore ( and most of my day time friends have rage quit ) I've been using it a fair bit now (plus it has the Dwemer Sphere pet ) the sole reason it still exists is I was working over in your part of the world (Tignes) for a while and missed the console transfer window.
Remarkably my PC account has more Sharp VMA Staves now than my console account does with 10x the input. GG. I just hate gaming on PC. Also I meant the rage part in relation to our ever ongoing NO ETA on fixes.
Hell, that's the fun part.. ppl got invited to the beta and were given access to the closed beta forum and only seemingly to the pts.
But if the NDA is bound to your accessing the pts these ppl never accepted it as they were never able to acces the pts.
I'd say you'd risk to be banned for life from ESO if you leaked something you saw on the forums.. but you might well succeed in a lawsuit if ZOS sued you, for whatever that's worth..

It's everything as other stated not just the game.
So until it's lifted or June 6th whichever ZeniMax decides

I just spent 30$ for a pc version, and all I get is a sorry?
They should give 3k crowns to each console account they tricked.
At this point I could care less about the NDA. I viewed hundreds of pictures in my short time on the closed forums, so why wouldn't I be able to offer feedback on things like crown crates? Or abilities to the new class? These are things that console users are going to buy!
Why the eff does the pc community get to decide the effing game for consoles?

Some of you may have received access to the closed beta forum section; this has been resolved, and you no longer have access since this is strictly for beta feedback.
Again, apologies for the mix-up here.
Does this mean we are not under any NDA and can talk about all the things we've seen in those forums.
Wait does that mean I can talk about what I saw? Free of NDA?ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Hey guys, apologies for the confusion. We unintentionally sent some emails for beta to some console players. I doubt it, I bet they can still sue you for talking about _____________.

I'll personally cover anyone's legal fees if zos sues anyone over it. The very thought of them doing it is laughable. Also bear in mind as I've said in a previous post thier nda isn't legally binding in 99% of the world. I've checked EU law and it isn't. It's not in Canada, rest of the world they have no recognition in this format. And I'm sure that most US States wouldn't entertain it either.
Extremely vague terms and conditions and no actual validation it's you even agreeing to it or playing it or sharing it....naaaaa. going by thier terms you're breaking it just by playing it in front of friends and family...imagine if they recorded you...who would be liable...OMG s9 many scenarios in zoss poorly thought out agreement.
It is legally binding. It is a US company so you are bound by the NDA and TOS doesn't matter where you are from.

And that means what? Did some other Internet hero tell you that?
Here is something else that isn't legally binding. You know when you go on "adventurous activity" and you sign a disclaimer...they are worthless. If you are liable for neglect you are liable regardless of what you knowingly signed. You cannot waive liabllity for injury illness or death.
These NDAs are not worth a penny / cent. TOS are completely irrelevant to this. As proven against apple in the past. It doesn't matter where the company is from. For me zos even have an office in London, any thing I do here against what is for me against a UK based company bound by UK and EU law these are worthless....and lol imagine them trying to take any action against our Russian fan base.
Good luck with the Americana there. Means nothing outside of your border.

Yeah, sure.
"Hey, I just sent you this email you never asked for. If you tell ANYONE that I sent you this, I will sue you. You have to listen to me because I'm a US company"
The big point being here is, THERE IS NO NDA until I have SIGNED OR AGREED to it.
How are you guys submitting a ticket to get your beta access back? I have no idea what category to select and don't know how to get support to respond.
