Jipsey✭✭Last time this happened, it was suggested in the forums to try a VPN such as Tunnelbear. It worked and is working again this time. TY sincerely to the person who suggested this.
I have tried all the fixes suggested. ESO own fix of deleting launcher made it worse (thx!!) as then even the VPN wouldn't work.
I reinstated the original launcher and the VPN works

For over 3 damn hours, logging, playing a little and falling! Logging, playing a little and falling! Logging, playing a little and falling!
This is a clear problem with the problematic NA server, because I can log in and play quietly on the UE server.
Where is the support?! What is going on ? Where is the seriousness of the professionals of this company?
Correct the problem ?: No.
They inform you what is happening: No.
They give some help that really works: No.

What's wrong with his post? I've been trying to get online for 10 hours and still can not. Yet Zenimax is silent. If you look through the forums alot of people are still locked out or are getting kicked. Half of my guild can't get online. So what do you mean not true?
The problem isnt corrected.
They haven't given any information as to why this is happening.

It is broken again this morning. No logging into the game. But today I cannot get on either the NA OC server or the PTS server. They are both refusing log ons0

PaulD✭✭✭I just tried, 6:15 PM in Central time zone, DST of course, and still getting same thing.
Can log into EU servers fine. Have not been able to log into NA servers since about 10AM yesterday.
Error 200.
Sees announcements fine on EU servers, nothing on NA servers. Switching back and forth turns them on and off.
Obviously an issue on the NA server side, as the client can reach the EU servers just fine. Client is fine.
Not generally one to overstate the obvious, but this is an MMO. People count on others to be on at certain times due to difficult content, etc.
Ignoring or refusing to communicate about issues is not an option, ignoring issues or refusing to discuss them will very quickly escalate as the gaming blogs and magazines pick them up.1 -
Rataroto✭✭✭✭What triggers me the most is that a PLAYER had to figure this out, and ZOS itself haven't either said a thing. I can make a better server for a game with spit and some duct tape2

Be careful using a VPN. These idiots will probably decide your account is now having "suspicious behaviour" (loggin in from an unknown IP) and lock your account.
