Rataroto✭✭✭✭@Arthavus Change the server to EU, wait untill announcements happen, attemp to log, cancel the login. Change back to NA, and hope it stays with the announcements but with the "North American Server" instead of "European Server" on the first line. It worked for me, but is ridiculous how ZOS can't fix 1 thing.2

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -
A_Tang✭The problem is most likely NOT on the client side. I can log into the EU server with no problem.

MrBean90✭yeah its their end. I was able to log on to the EU server just fine. But its not like they will admit it and fix it they will just keep on telling us on wtf to do.0 -
SangsarSoul ShrivenIt's a network problem somewhere along the line. Last time is was on the weekend also, they went through maintenance on Monday and it still wasn't working. They kept saying the problem was fixed, people kept posting that it wasn't. Then suddenly some in customer service posted, "oh, try it now". And it worked, so someone there knows the issue but probably doesn't work on weekends.
I can't log on now normally, but I can using a proxy server (same as the last time this was going on). It works but has increased lag, but it's ok for some stuff. Try a free proxy server like Betternet. At least you can get in and do some things. It's ok for crafting and gathering, but doesn't work too well with PvP.1 -
Arthavus✭✭So far I've been able to play.
I did not have to change anything in my client, just sit in the dark and wait, without information of what is happening. Now I'm just in the crowd so I do not have any more connection problems with the server today.

A little feedback would also be nice so I can figure out if it's the computer (which i know it's not cause the other servers are working) or the server. I understand that servers crash once in a while, but not even releasing a comment stating what's going displays negligence and pure incompetence.0 -

This is a clear problem with the problematic NA server, because I can log in and play quietly on the UE server.
Where is the support?! What is going on ? Where is the seriousness of the professionals of this company?
Correct the problem ?: No.
They inform you what is happening: No.
They give some help that really works: No.
