So with the patch notes for morrowind, I can already tell that my dk shield tank and nightblade sap tank are done for. Siphoning attacks wont restore on ability use anymore and only restores either Magicka or stamina, not both. Ultimate resource restore for dks is reduced, and they won't be able to get enough magicka regen/reduction to spam igneous anymore.

healers took a big hit too, no more dk healing (not that, many did before). Also a bit worried about resources for my sorceror stam tank.

As usual, zenimax identified the problem and then made completely over the top changes to fix it instead of doing things gradually.
PS4 / NA
M'asad - Khajiit Nightblade - Healer
Pakhet - Khajiit Dragonknight - Tank
Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer
Leonin - Khajiit Warden - Tank

I agree on the Sap Tank but disagree on DK shield tank. If anything, it actually looks like DK shield tanks will do better with Battle roar now.

I'm not too worried but then again im like the 1% of tanks that didn't get nerfed. non sap nb tank ftw. I already use leeching purely for stam return so that is the one change that could go either way. They nerfed my helm from 6% to 5%, so I know how templars feel...

Meh, other than the flat 5% stamina cost increase I'm good with this.

From a PVE standpoint, the only current builds that likely survived the nerf hammer are mSorc and mDK heavy attack builds (boring) and DK tanks.

Healers will now be wardens, and say goodbye to any semblance of an actual damage rotation. Heavy Attacks Online!!!

I think my stamsorc tank will be ok, there weren't any major changes to dark exchange and he does fine with only 15% in the magicka recovery cp right now.

My nightblade is going to have to lose the sap tank build, sucks since I really enjoyed it. Now I have to choose whether to try going with a stamina dps build (which never worked well on that character to begin with), or a nightblade healer setup, which will probably work ok with the resource changes buy still won't be as good as templar even post nerf.

My mag dk is my only dps character and already uses a heavy attack build, so she'll be fine. My Templar healer is, going to suffer heavily with that arc limitation on breath of life and the loss of major mending. Not sure if I should bother staying heals or try a magicka dps build.

Just when I got all my characters where I wanted them, everything gets FUBAR'd

I'm still planning on a warden tank, but their change to block cost charges will ruin the build I had in mind, and wardens have no other good forms of resource recovery. Not sure what I'm going to do there

I've lost quite a few build on my characters.

I'm thinking they killed build diversity, if anyone thinks otherwise I'd like to hear why you think it can still exist. I'll be looking towards other games. They have made huge changed every few months, which leads me to believe they are clueless to a few things: what they want, what we want, what's fun, what's a problem, how to fix the problems.

You put a lot of effort in your builds, man. I saw how you came here asking about 2 classes you didn't played and learned how to do it...

Saddly, ZoS had plans... and they wrecked us all...

Unless the natchpotes see some heavy changes due to PTS input (I hope), the shine is off my templar healer that I have worked so hard and long on. It seems counterproductive to work hard on a build only to have it subject to the whims of the next patch. So, I'm learning to adapt - by forcing myself not to care so much.

I think I'm going to go back to my bow/bow stamsorc because she is already a proven snowflake who avoids tough content. She's already pretty nerfy.

Seriously, the pattern of patches tells me loud and clear to focus on casual questing/exploration and forget about serious group content. I really think I'll be happier with that attitude.

I'm PvE only but when I read the concerns of PvP players it seems that trying to balance things to satisfy both communities results in a neverending hamster wheel cycle of unsatisfactory changes in the impossible pursuit to balance both.
