ZOS please let us have pvp skill points easier..

I mean,
Grand Warlord should be hard to get, I agree.
However we need 60M AP to get the last skill points is ridiculous
I mean I understand that ppl should play both pve and pvp to get the points, but 60M? if you can get to that rank, you don't really need those points anymore even if one only play pvp.
And now with furniture unlock at different ranks, skill points don't have to be the reward for leveling pvp rank anymore, so can we please have these skill points early in the game (like we can get all 50 pvp skill points around 5M (Major rank), that would make everyone's life easier.

@ZOS pretty please :)

[adding few things]
I mean we are not required to finish the pve contents entirely to unlock all pve skill points, and except pvp the most hard to get skill point is gained by maelstorm (and in normal is not that hard really) So I mean all in all we shouldn't spend countless hours in pvp just to get the skill points

[adding even more things]
I wouldn't mind if we need to get all pvp skill points by get 1 point for capturing/defending 1 keep the first time (18 keeps so 18 points), get 1 by retake/take every scroll (6 scrolls so 6 points), 3 for each town and get the rest of 23 points by getting to the first 23 ranks (1st level centurion, which requires 6M)

It's not much of an achievement to get all the skill points if the just hand them to you.

First of all getting all pvp skill points is not an achievement
hunting skyshards is, finish dungeon/storyline quests is, getting group challenge done is,

if ZOS wanted to make pvp skill points as achievement reward, they would have adding those into the rank achievement rewards, but they did not. So they do this to make sure pure pvp players get their build up, and in pvp they can get 65(lv1-50)+15(cyrodii skyshards)+50(pvp rank) which is enough for a build, but ZOS making the last of pvp rank skill points hard to get makes no sense

Also 5M AP is not a small number :) well, for those who really play the game and not farming

    Cheers!
Please nerf all the other players in pvp.
Public dungeons is far easier, in pvp everybody kills me.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

5M AP is what you are saying? I get it. We all want certain things but progression in the game has been hit pretty hard as it is. Some things actually need to be earned.

Most everyone has always agreed there are waaaaaaay more skill points in the game than they needed to offer. My average character...not even my main...has every point spent in class skills, 3-4 weapon lines, 2 armor lines, most in mages and fighters, lots in undaunted. And they're all max crafters w 15+ points in a half of the six lines.

What's your real complaint? Achievements? My main has been at it two years. My goal is to get one rank per 30 day campaign...currently about 1 million AP for me. That puts me near level 30, I think. I'm a casual pvp-er. I play pvp one night a week at most, and have at least six months where I haven't played at all since I started. My peers who have run w me for two years and play pvp 3-5 nights a week deserve to be far ahead. I feel the tiers are fair, challenging and fun to work toward.

Everything past alliance rank 13, Seargent, earned at 1 million total AP, is vanity. If you want to be vain, go work hard at something to boast about.

well if you want to get past everything (DLC passives, crafting and battling skill builds), 368 points is barely enough.

I don't want something to boast about :| just the skill points

(PS:check my original post, I added a new solution for us to get all skill points

I've played for the entire 3 years and have yet to accumulate AP of any kind....

Maybe I should go to Cyrodil sometime. I hear it's nice this time of year.

@Lyserus AvA lines where changed in Spring of 2016 and made obtaining the skills and such incredibly easy comparted to how it was for the first two years of the game. The AP requirements are not a fraction of what it was before.

Further, AP gains were increased at the same time.

Basically, it takes about 17% less time to get the same benefit. What you are asking for has already happened.

There's about ~300 Skill Points you can obtain outside of Cyrodiil, which is quite enough

Furthermore, AP gains for taking resources/outposts/keeps have been boosted a while back. It's alrdy been made easier to obtain ranks and skill points

I mean, still AP gain is a pain. Probably because I didn't check the APgain before that patch, but currently 60M AP gain is still painful

I do agree not everyone should become grand warlord tho, but I am against only grand warlord can get all pvp skill points

When I see a character's Grand Warlord Insignia Rank, I am impressed with that player's effort. I am sure they are proud of their own effort also, and rightly so.

    I don't want - nor do I think - that should change.

I'll never get my character to Grand Warlord rank, and that is okay. I'm not a skilled enough PvPer and my character doesn't need the skill points. I think if anyone claims they do need those skill points it's just a terminological inexactitude, because there are plenty otherwise to be had in the game, hundreds in fact.
If you can be anything, be kind.

If the PVP skill points were decisive in the impact of gameplay (such as you have a great disvantage by not having them) I'd agree with you. But other activities rewards plenty of points to make your character competitive that you can fully ignore PVP. Your build won't hurt, it won't even feel if you ignore those skill points. It's much easier to be Grand Overlord today than past updates so there is no need to make it even easier.

I dont have everything but i have everything i need and im not even close to go all skill points.

It was several time that before. It is not intended to be super easy, though compared to the original design, it is comparatively easy by many margins.

It is clearly intended that if you want every single skill point from Cyrodiil you will put the effort in over a long stretch of time.

Is there even really a need for those skill points? Assuming you don't just dump points into a skill because you can, rather you get the useful ones, there's more than enough about before factoring PVP. In fact, I've been dumping excess SP into stats I won't ever use because of the over-abundance and I don't like them sitting there.
