Hello. I purchased Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition on March 1. I was able to make my account and everything and waited for the game to download. When the game finished, I click play and was ask to login in game. When I press login, it asked for an access code that was sent to my email. Looking upon my email, I received no access code. I tried over and over and no email was received. I then attempted to change my email and that required another access code that I did not get. I finally contacted support, but that required an access code. However, I did see the option to contact them without an account in which I did but got an automated reply back. I replied again and got no reply. I tried everything in the support section (adding ESO to contacts, checking spam and trash folders, checking promotions and social tabs since I'm using Google Mail) and nothing works. I would really like to play the game I purchased and can't at all. Can someone at Zenimax please help with this issue :/?

    My e-nail account put all the notifications in the trash. I would check it then make sure the e-mail is correct as well.

Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

    Sadly none of it is in the trash folder. I don't get it. Every other email like getting badges for the forums get sent to my email but I cannot get no access code at all. It's really making me confused and upset because I spent $30 on this and can not play it. It's like my money went down the drain.

    It is quite simple. Use the Support page for Elderscrollsoneline.com. Best way to get the help you need.

    Since you posted here, you can access your ESO account. Log into the account then browse to Support. If you cannot log into your account, browse to:

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US

    Click on the "Web Assistant" OR "Request a Password Reset" and then try the steps again, 1) Login to your ESO account, then browse to Support.

    When successfully reaching Support, explain your situation, wait for an automated response, then REPLY to that message USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS/ACCOUNT as that registered with your ESO account/Support page login.

    I can not log in to Support. Wen I try, it asks for an access code and that code is not being sent to my email. That's mainly the issue I'm having with this account. No matter what, anything that asks for an access code for ESO will not be sent to this email for some strange reason.

    Maybe try seeing if you email address is correct.
    On login screen choose forgot userid
    Place your email address and wait around 5 minutes to see if there is
    a response. If the email address you put in is invalid you will get an error msg
    when you request your userid and will know right away that your account is not tied to that email address.
    After 5 minutes, I would check your spam filter if it has not arrived in your inbox
    If you do not receive the email, then your account has been setup to a different valid email address.

    Trying to change your email address will send a confirmation email to the old email address first. So if your
    account is not tied to this email address but another, that is where the emails are going.

    Support contacted me and changed my email. I'm able to log on now. Thank you guys for everything :).
